That is an excellent insight Dan. You are correct in the observation of Sustain – this is an area that is very hard to instill in user groups. In my experience it is a challenge at times to quantify results of what is learned, especially when the subjects covered could be very counter-cultural to company norms or are more abstract in nature (Example: developing empathetic listening skills and constructively measuring improvement beyond the self-eval) . Developing process to implement and sustain what is learned is very important. I appreciate your comment – thank you.

Every aspect you covered is critical to deliver the objective described in “Focused”. I see you added an “S” to FEEL (under the last photo). Might that stand for Sustain? Parallel to PDCA, Sustain would analyze results, cycle back through PDC, and reinforce solutions over time.
