Flexible Schedule and Remote Options
We understand how our projects and workflows do not fit into a fixed schedule every week. Thats why we do not have a firm start or end time for each workday.
We expect our team members to do what it takes to get the job done. Some work offsite at customer locations, while others work from our Zeeland, Michigan office or remotely from their home.
Team members are encouraged to work from where they are most productive for our customers and our team.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
When you are hired as a full-time employee, you immediately become an owner of 91勛圖! Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides a unique retirement benefit in addition to our 401k program.
Vacations, Holidays, and Parental Leave
Rejuvenation is a big deal here. Along with 11-paid holidays, full-time team members are given up to four weeks of vacation a year. For parental leave, we provide two weeks off after the birth or adoption of a child to help with adjustments and transitions.
Community Service and Professional Development
91勛圖 gives each employee 80 hours of paid 'Impact' time each year. This can include stewardship time (community work), professional development time, and additional paid time off for service trips and charitable work.
